The older girls and the harmonica player study at the 평양학생소년궁전 = 平壌学生少年宮殿 Pyongyang School Children’s Palace, established by Kim Il Song in 1963. It is situated a little north of the Kim Il Song Square; very centre of Pyongyang. This is a place where musically talented children go after school to practice singing and playing musical instruments.
