13.57 행복의 니나니 난노 Hengbok ye ninani nanno Ninani nanno of happiness 幸福のニナニナンノ
”Ninani nanno” is a yell sometimes found in traditional folk songs of the South Korean Gyeonggi-do area (= capital surrounding prefecture = Seoul surrounding prefecture). It is a vocal expression of a positive feeling, without any specific translatable meaning. The appearance of a folk song notwithstanding, this is not an old piece of music, but a new one with typical North Korean lyrics praising the happy life of citizens under the leadership of the Janggunnim (= Shogun = General Kim Jong-il).
Composition: Hwang Jin-yong 황진영, lyrics: Yun Du-gun 윤두근, 2010
